Scripture insights and related content are generated using artificial intelligence grounded in biblical texts. They are offered as aids to reflection and are not a substitute for pastoral care, professional counseling, medical advice, or personal study of Scripture.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using LifeVerse you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the journal entries and other content you create (“Your Content”). - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal personal use
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users through any sharing features
6. Sharing Features
Certain features allow you to share an entry or a written perspective with another person. Sharing is entirely optional and under your control. You are responsible for the content you choose to share and for obtaining any consent required from the recipient. We are not responsible for how recipients use information you send them.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription (“Plus” or similar). Pricing, billing intervals, and benefits will be clearly presented before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the instructions in the app or store. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app-store or payment-provider policies and applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The LifeVerse name, logo, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Scripture text used in the Service is drawn from publicly available or appropriately licensed translations. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials except as expressly permitted.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INSIGHTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THEOLOGICALLY COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY SITUATION.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEVVERSE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).
